Grooming Terms of Services:  

I agree to and accept all the terms and conditions below and my acceptance of services will confirm that I agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Services may be changed from time to time by way of a new version. The ongoing provision of grooming services will be my ongoing acceptance of each new version. Consent To Communications:  

I’ve freely given Pet Service Pros, LLC dba Curt’s Mobile Grooming (Pet Service Pros) my phone number(s), email address(es) and other information. By doing so, I have consented to and do now consent to receiving phone calls, voice mail messages, text messages and emails about my dogs, appointments and grooming services as well as other promotions about various other services, various products, discounts and special offers from Pet Service Pros, its affiliates, various other service providers, strategic partners and other third parties. Messages may be autodialed. My carrier’s message and data rates may apply. However, I can stop receiving promotional and marketing phone calls, voice mail messages, text messages and emails by unsubscribing.


I confirm my dog has all current vaccinations for Bordetella, distemper, Parvo-Virus, rabies and any other vaccinations required by applicable laws.


I acknowledge and agree that Pet Service Pros strives to connect dog owners, like me, with independent local groomers (Groomers) to deliver the best possible mobile grooming services. I acknowledge that my dog’s safety and well-being is important to Pet Service Pros and to the Groomers. I agree and do understand that certain circumstances can increase the likelihood of injuries to my dog. I agree that neither Pet Service Pros nor Groomers will be responsible for any injuries to my dog that results, or allegedly results, from the grooming services provided to my dog.


     Older, Ill or Injured Dogs – I understand that older, ill or injured dogs are at greater risk of harm or injury. Any grooming process may be stressful for them. Stress may alert or cause unknown or inactive conditions to become active and may result in seizures or death. I agree that grooming services may be declined, stopped or discontinued if it appears that my dog is experiencing an undue amount of stress, and in such event, I will still be responsible for the full grooming charges.


     Aggressive Dogs –I will let Groomers and Pet Service Pros know if my dog bites, has bitten or is aggressive towards people. I agree that grooming services may be declined, stopped or discontinued if there is any display of aggression by my dog and, in such event, I will still be responsible for full grooming charges. I agree that I will be responsible for all medical expenses and damages if my dog bites or attacks a Groomer.


     Matted Dogs –If my dog is matted, I authorize the removal of mats by shaving or heavy brushing. I know removing mats has risks (nicks, cuts or abrasions). Matting can trap moisture which can cause skin irritation. Mat removal may cause itchiness, skin redness, bald spots and failure of hair to re-grow. If my dog is matted and I continue with the grooming services, I understand that I am responsible for any injury to my dog resulting from the dematting or mat removal process.


     Shave Downs –I am aware that shaving may cause coat or skin conditions such as (i) loss of hair growth, (ii) the coat not growing back in the same texture or color, (iii) bald spots, (iv) skin darkening, (v) sunburn – so I won’t leave my dog in the sun, and (vi) irregular coat re-growth (cowlicks).


If any emergency arises and I’m not readily available, I authorize Groomers to seek veterinary care and agree that all veterinary services and costs will be my responsibility.  

Quotes are Only Estimates:

I understand that (without seeing my dogs) any offered discount associated with any initial grooming service or promotional offer is only an estimate. Discounts and promotional offers will be applied at the time service is provided. Subsequent services will be charged at the then-current rates.

Bookings and Cancellations:

Because Groomers determine their own availability as to when to provide their services, Groomers may vary from booking to booking.  I know I can cancel grooming services if I give advance notice. I can avoid cancellation fees by calling (888) 767-2878 or emailing [email protected]  before the day of the scheduled appointment. I agree to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel on the day of the appointment or if I’m not at home (a no-show) for the appointment. The cancellation fee or no-show fee will be charged on the credit card/debit card on file. My giving of at least 24 hours’ advance notice of my cancellation (or my desire to reschedule) allows Pet Service Pros an opportunity to try to book another client in my stead.

Consent to Photos and Use:

I agree that my use of the services will be my ongoing consent for Groomers to take before, during and after-grooming photos of my dogs, and for Curt’s Mobile Grooming and Groomers to post photos and images of my dogs online and in their respective marketing materials without any compensation to me.  I fully and forever release Groomers and Curt’s Mobile Grooming from all claims and all demands relating in any way to its/their use, posting, and/or dissemination of the photos and images of my dogs everywhere and anywhere at all times.    


My Acknowledgement:

I have read and understand all the above Grooming Terms of Service. I acknowledge and agree that my electronic signature
below will be legally binding in all respects. The ongoing provision of grooming services will be my ongoing consent to and acceptance of each new version.
