This Privacy Policy summarizes the information we might collect from visitors or users of this www.CurtsMobileGrooming.com website (the “Site”) as well as from potentially-interested consumers contacting or communicating with us and also from customers booking appointments through this Site or via an App, webform, webinquiry, some other email-generated inquiry or via our community canvassing programs. The foregoing references to visitors, users, potentially-interested consumers and customers are each and all, collectively, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “you” or “your”. This Privacy Policy also summarizes what we will do, will not do and what we may do with such collected information and data collected from you or that you provided to us or to vendors or service providers acting on our behalf. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us by e-mail, online bookings, via webinquiries, Apps, communications with our call center, or by other methods of contact or communication. By collecting such personal information, we are (among other things) better positioned to assess various options, potential interest in our range of services as well as various services, products and/or protection plans offered by others. With the personal information you provide us, we are better positioned to assess your other potential needs or interests and/or to provide you with promotionals, special offerings, discounts or other information that may be of interest to you. Pet Service Pros reserves the right to edit, delete, rewrite, use, and reuse the content of personal anecdotes or stories including (among other things) your name, likeness, photographs, images, and/or biographical information that you provide, in any way and in any media or medium whether now known or invented in the future, with or without attribution, including publication on this Site, our social media sites, in magazines, in trade media, in promotional materials, in editorials, advertorials, and/or in advertising(s). You agree that any content you send us or provide to us will not violate any rights of any third party and that you will only send us content for which you own all rights.
WE MAY SELL AND WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
Pet Service Pros is the sole owner of the information collected on our Site as well as all information collected by us or provided to us by (among other things) e-mail, online bookings, via webinquiries, Apps, communications with our call center, via community canvassing, via face-to-face in-person interactions or by other any other methods of contact or communication. We may sell any or all of that information to third parties. By way of example only, Pet Service Pros may sell or may share your information with companies or businesses that provide pet grooming services, pet daycare services, grooming products, pet food, pet insurance as well as an array of various other products, goods, or services unrelated to our dog grooming services. Pet Service Pros may sell or may share your information with our subcontractors, independent contractors, vendors, suppliers, payment processors, other strategic partners as well as to third parties with whom we have referral relationships or an information sharing arrangement. We may sell or may share your information with various third parties in order to service you as a customer, service you as a visitor to the Site, solicit you as a potential client or customer, to provide efficient booking services, to streamline operations, to better our methods of doing business, or to provide you with conveniences or a hassle-free experience (collectively, “Service Providers”). No liability and No Responsibility: You agree and acknowledge that Pet Service Pros will not be liable to you and will not be responsible to you for any use, act or conduct engaged in by any third party or any Service Provider to whom we have shared or we have sold or we have disclosed any of your personal information. Your sole recourse shall be against such third party or such Service Provider which engaged in any actual or alleged act, error, omission or conduct you may assert.

All of your acknowledgements, agreements and consents, regarding contacts and communications, are deemed to be given to Pet Service Pros dba Curt’s Mobile Grooming®, its sister companies, affiliates, independent local groomers, Service Providers and the various third parties referenced in the information sharing section above. By providing us with your phone number(s) and email address(es), you have consented to and will be consenting to receiving phone calls, voice mail messages, text messages and emails about your dogs, appointments and grooming services as well as other promotions about various other services, various products, discounts and special offers from Pet Service Pros, its affiliates, various other service providers, strategic partners and other third parties. You acknowledge and understand that messages may be autodialed. You understand and acknowledge that your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply. You represent that you are the owner or an authorized user of the wireless device on which text messages will be received, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges. At any time, you can stop receiving promotional and marketing phone calls, voice mail messages, text messages and emails from us by unsubscribing.
